I attended two weddings this weekend -- my brother Sam's and my cousin Kendra's. It was such a party! More pictures to come, but here are a couple to wet your appetite.

So dance just happens to be my favorite thing ever ever ever. I love to do it, see it, watch it, etc. -- even when it expresses itself in cheesy dance movies that follow the same plot EVERY time. I can't get enough.

My sister gave me this amazing print for my birthday. I love it so much, and it combines two of my great loves -- art and dance. It's going up in the freshly painted dining room. Thanks Kate!!!

I have been in hate with my dining room for a while and just repainted and put a different table in there. I'm so happy with it.

I was just reading an excerpt from the book "Perfectly Imperfect" by Lee Woodruff about her sisters. I feel the same! "My sisters are my bones. They finish my sentences, instinctively hear the warning signs in my voice. We still giggle over stupid things — generally, at all the wrong times, like in the middle of a church sermon or a solemn gathering."
